I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back.

This house was beautiful! It was clean, had all the amenities necessary like AC, fans, washing machine and kitchen supplies for cooking, and the pool was immaculate.
