"Having spent a whole week (21-28/04)at Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Phu Quoc, this is the newest and most beautiful Vinpearl resort that we have been to, and we are very grateful for all the kindness, hospitality and services that we are have received during our stay. The beach is amazing, clean, well-looked after, with life-guard on duty from dusk to dawn. Free regular (and on time) Vinbus services back and forth to amazing places like Grand World, VinWonders and Vin Safari makes it even a more wonderful experience to stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort ! The Resort has a nice ,clean and gigantic swimming pool for all the guests to enjoy. The only comment we would make here is that for certain months of the year (e.g. April) the pool water is just TOO WARM. It would be great if Management could test the temperature of the pool and try to keep it below 30 degree Celsius The buffet breakfast at the Shell restaurant is rich, plentiful and delicious ! Last but not least: the view from our Deluxe Ocean-view king bedroom is simply beath-taking! The sunset view is just amazing! We definitely come back again "

"The staff was impecable in their service and attentiveness; the villa was super clean and provided everything we needed; finally, though, the one flaw was the attitude of the receptionist, as she was combative, arrogant, and, overall, unpleasant to speak to. The issue was: I rented a motorbike and was almost charged for a period of time which I did not use it. It was not explained to me that I needed to submit the key, by a certain time, in order to not be charged. The communication needs to be a lot better and the receptionist needs to understand that she is there to HELP the client and NOT make them feel poorly. I will reconsider going there again because of my unprofessional, unpleasant experience with this young lady. "

"This is a great hotel.16 nights so you can say something about it. Very quiet place ,excellent atmosphere , good service cleanliness,evrything taken care of ,food fresh and very tasty ,not a single word about it. Great place, great service ,great hotel !"

"Reasonably priced beach front resort with a nice swimming pool. Pros: Beach front hotel with a few bungalows offer good privacy, The infinity pool (clean water) is well-positioned with a great view of the sea. There are plenty of beds at the beach for everyone, room is clean, breakfast is right on the beach with a few different options, food and drinks are reasonable. Start at 7! Cons: My room is really tiny and there’s hardly any room on either sides of the bed. Aircon is really noisy. Hot water system is not reliable. Rubbish on the beach and staff need to make sure they keep cleaning up throughout the day. Staff not very attentive to the guests on the beach - umbrellas are not adjusted even once. There was construction happening right at the beach front which did not help much with the relaxation :( Staff would not even try to accommodate half hour late check out :( "
