"This was our first hotel in Hanoi and it was our favorite. There is someone that comes to help you with your bags!! The room was cleans and the beds were very comfortable almost like new! The only down fall was that it is 40 min from the city. It is walking distance to the airport, but far from everything else. It says spa but there was no spa available when I went, but there is one next door. It was a little hard to find because it is in an alley. The staff was so helpful, very attentive, they heard my daughter wasn't feeling well and continued to check in on her. ( So sweet). We planned to stay one night when we flew in and relocate to the city center but because my kid was under the weather we extended and it that process was easy and smooth. They have a pool and seating on the roof top, They have a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning and offer lunch and dinner services."
