"Was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The room was fairly modern and clean, the staff was helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. Probably the best deal in Brooklyn!"

"Their property does not look like the pictures in fact it looks even worse so be prepared for that. The hotel is also around the corner from a bar that plays music quite loudly on Fridays and Saturday nights One of the residents during my stay had a few mental health issues and was constantly screaming and shouting at night which kept me up but that isn’t on the hotel however I’m not sure if the staff were aware or done anything about it as this happened for the duration of my stay. The pillows are also the size of couch cushions and they do not have clean covers I was there for four nights at around $800 and if I’m being honest, it was not worth the price however for that price range in New York City it’s what you’re going to expect"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little more residential than being downtown, but we knew that and it was reflected in the price. That being said, it was still easy to get around using the nearby bus lines and subway lines. Being in a more residential area meant it was quieter, and we felt very safe in this area walking around. Alex was a good host, the house itself was very clean and we were very comfortable with our stay. The beds, sheets, towels were clean and comfortable enough. There was enough toilet paper, paper towels, etc in the house, and it was stocked with utensils, shampoo, soap, etc., though we didn’t need to use those. Only things to note are that this is not a contactless check-in, which is my preference. Alex will greet you at the door and do a quick tour of the place. This is strictly preference, but after a long day of travel, I prefer to just unlock the doors and unload. The other thing is that the address that is provided immediately after booking is NOT the actual Vrbo address. I was not happy upon learning that 2 weeks before our trip as we had planned our travel based on that location, but it ended up being fine for us. Just an FYI in case you were relying on being close to the CVS or particular bus line. Overall, good stay, I’d stay here again if I’m in Brooklyn, now that I know what to expect."

"Close to D & N train which makes commute to Manhattan very convenient. Walking distance to Brooklyn Chinatown and accessible to great cafes, restaurants & grocery stores. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. The only drawback is the shower which takes time to heat up."
