"Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. "This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside)."

"Our stay in downtown Durango was great. The condo was just as advertised. Booking was easy as was communication with manager. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The condo was clean, lovely, and well appointed. The view from the living room was great. The condo was right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The garage parking was secure. We will stay in this condo again."

"We parked the car in the garage and could walk anywhere we wanted to go: old town shops, historic hotels, train station and museum, coffee shops, and restaurants. Only used the car for the day we visited Mesa Verde. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Be aware the bedrooms are not on the main floor but down stairs. The TV is only streaming so can’t get news stations, sports, or network programming ( unless maybe if you are much more tech savvy than I am ). There is really no view from the...

"Beautiful clean property in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be renting it again if we come back to the area. The only thing I would warn against is that the parking is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle."

"Our stay was nice. The location is great. There are a couple of things that should be attached to. One or more of the stove knobs is broken, which makes using some of the burners unsafe. There is at least one of the kitchen pullouts that is broken. The freezer smelled like fish. Please stoke tissues for the house. We had one partial box. We still had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future."
