"Really nice lovely modern hotel, good facilities, rooftop pool is a lovely touch for a couple of hours, there isn’t a bar but they bring up a trolley with drinks now and again - extremely thoughtful. Rooms were spacious and modern. Location while a bit further inland is absolutely fine, its a nice safe walk and you see more of the local life rather than pure tourism. There’s also a gorgeous little takeaway tortilla place around the corner on the way which is some of the best we had, a great start to the day when it opens at 10am"

"Very nice hotel in a well located area with variaty of public transportation close by. The Arbol de Guernika boulevard is near by which is a lovely place to have a nice walk. The room was very comfortable and with a great size and nicely decorated. The staff, both at the front desk and the bar are very friendly and nice. I had a very nice stay, unfortunately too short"

"Excellent 2 nights in this hotel, everything the staff, the room, the food was all excellent. I usually only eat breakfast in hotels but the Social Hub has a unique menu and the choice I made for dinner was delicious. Also very reasonable price. Bus stops within 300metres."

"Fantastic hotel, very clean, very comfortable, fabulous shower, great breakfast choice. Very easy to walk to old town (15mins) and all attractions easy to navigate to. Definitely use the secret lift door or public lift next to it, takes you from old town / beach level up to reception. Roof terrace bar fabulous views and friendly informal service, rooftop pool popular but great to chill for couple of hours and the lower level spa was perfect when it was drizzly one afternoon. Would highly recommend hotel and would use again if coming back to San Sebastián"
