"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. There's a welcome package with info about the farm, mealtimes, activities in the area, and info about Ramadan. The hosts and staff are so friendly and happy to help or chat. "

Good choice of activities at reasonable prices (they don't advertise it but besides noisy quads and buggies, they also have e-bikes, highly recommended for a desert ride... if you're used to cycling)"

"HASSAN WAS SO HELPFUL SO ADMIRABLE AND WELCOMING, the area was safe good and enjoyable the breakfast was great, only they have to work on rooms to make it more comfortable but in general was good stay thanks for Hassan to make it more welcoming "

"This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. A magical experience. But be aware - this hotel is situated off road. To get here you will need a high clearance SUV if conditions are good. If they are not, a 4x4. "I was looking for a stressfree retreat and this was exactly that. The entire place was beautifully presented and every single member of staff from management, waiters, house keeping and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned but when i changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treat me so well. I would definitely return!"

"It is hard to find the right words to explain how magnificent this place is. The location is unique and to be able to see the snow capped Atlas mountains was so amazing. We loved everything about the place and had amazing spa treatments and delicious food. We had both warm and cool weather and got to experience the pools and sitting by the numerous fires. Its a spectacular place and highly, highly recommend staying for at least 3 days. "

"Literally it was one of the best trips i had ever, we were very happy with the hotel and room mountain view, breakfast was tasty and various, room were very clean and spacious, and the team were On Point, very friendly, professional and they were keeping attention to each little detail to make us happy and feel like home. Huge and Many thanks Soufiane, Abdelmjid and all the staff for your kindness, support and hospitality all over the trip. We will be back definitely very soon, and i absolutely recommend this place to everyone, you won't regret. "

"The hotel had excellent service and was beautiful. The views of the desert were amazing with the luxury of a hotel. The entire resort team was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. The dining experience was also delicious, pleasantly served, and planned with very typical Moroccan menu. Amazing desert experience!"
