"A really lovely gite in a lovely village, with a convenient garden attached with table, chairs and sun loungers in the afternoon shade. Gite conversion was fine, though some of the equipment was idiosyncratic, with microwave/grill but no oven. Only a two burner hob and unnecessary dishwasher (for 2 people?). 3 steak knives but no butter knives. The dining/living room cupboards were ancient and two of the doors fell off while we were there. "This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going...
