Beautiful resort "Les Jardins Renaissance", surrounded by meadows and fields. 100 houses in the residence. 800 m from the centre of Azay-le-Rideau, outside the resort, 27 km from the centre of Tours. For shared use: property (fenced), well-kept garden, indoor pool (12 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Tennis, boccia. In the complex: reception, sauna (extra). Steam room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and breakfast possible on request (extra). Parking. Supermarket 1.5 km.
