The owner of this house is very kind and attentive. The room very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast is good and assorted varieties.

The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a beach. The garden is very nice. The room was big enough and clean, with some small improvements that could be done in the bathroom. The wi-fi wasn't great. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't give an opinion on that.

Tuvaletler daha temiz olabilirdi. Yatak çok yumuşaktı bundan dolayı rahatsız edebilir kişileri. Ancak odanın manzarası çok güzeldi. Klima dolap ve balkon çok güzeldi. Yani fiyat performans. Son olarak kahvaltı hiç güzel değildi. Ege de bir otelde kahvaltı yapıyorsan yerel şeyler yemek isterdik. Kahvaltı, sadece kahvaltı var demek için vardı.

Hotel genel olarak temiz ve düzenli bir tesis özellikle odalar çok temiz ve manzarası güzeldi, kahvaltı ise gerçekten çok zayıftı fotoğraf ile çok alakası yoktu kahvaltı da özellikle sıcak yiyecekler açısından zayıf daha da geliştirilmeli çalışanlar da güzel yüzlüydü

Otel plaja çok yakın ( genellikle plajda az kişili, sabah öğlen girmeyi tavsiye ediyorum) Şehir merkezi ise 10 dakika araba ile mesafede Otel çok sakin bir yerde bulunuyor ( bizim için bu iyidi, ama hareketli bir ortam arıyorsanız ; böyle bir yer değil) Kahvaltı ortalama düzeyde, daha iyi olabilirdi, yerel ürünleri de tadımlık konulabilirdi

Bir gece konaklama, harika oda ...Tam da fotoğraftaki gibi çok güzel,temiz,çok rahat ve masalsı mobilyalar.. Tek eksiği bence kahvaltısı ...Ayvalık, değişik ve bol yeşillikler, otlar beklerken sayıyla domates biber ve kapalı ambalaj ürünlerin gelmesiydi.Bunlar da düzeltilebilirse, gayet keyifli,sessiz bir mekan.Deniz manzaralı balkonlu odayı tercih edin :)

Tesis tertemiz, şık ve göze hitap eden üst düzey butik otel. Benim kriter sorum buraya bir daha gelir miyim? Defalarca gidilir; herkes güler yüzlü. Kahvaltıdaki tabaklara varıncaya kadar şık; özenle seçilmiş kahvaltılıklar, lezzetli ve ailenizle rahat edeceğiniz ortam. Bir de giriş bahçesi var o da kahvenizi içerken yeşillerin içinde , ambiyans harika.

Çok samimi bir oteldi. Otel konaklamasına değil de ailenizin yazlığınızda hissediyorsunuz. Temiz, sessiz, konforlu ve her yere yakın bir konumdaydı. Sessizlik ve sakinlik arayan herkese tavsiye ederim. Keşke bir kaç gün daha kalsaydık dedim.
