"Stayed here for one night for business purposes. Wasn’t quite sure when I initially arrived, but was very pleasantly surprised! Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!"

Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. "I had to call the company to check in. The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question my family and I had during our stay. Overall lovely staff! We didn’t not get to try the food at the hotel as my family and I were always out and about, so we don’t have much of a review on the food, however the prices were a little on the expensive side. Room with great wifi and soft beds and washrooms clean. Room service beautiful! One thing I would say that there was not much light in the room, as in more lamps or a ceiling light would have been nice as it felt a little gloomy at time with not much light. Overall, would definitely come again!!"
