Great hotel overall.

Everything worked as expected. Breakfast is good for the price specially if traveling with a car. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the air conditioning was quiet.

This property is in a great location in the middle of Megeve. Great restaurants in the building and many others within walking distance. Once you arrive a car isn't necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our room very much with a nice balcony over looking the village. Would definitely return.

Great hotel, right in front of the slopes and in the center of Les Gets. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of local specialties. Ample dining options in the hotel and around Les Gets. Nice pool and spa areas.

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and you can tell it was recently renovated. It was nice to have the toilet separate from the shower to get the family out on the slopes and to bed faster. Beds and bedding was cozy. Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

This is a beautiful cabin-like hotel. Very cozy and charming. Highly recommended.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.
