"The cottage is quintessential Cotswolds -- great place to stay with a family of four. Despite being a cottage, there was plenty of space for four w a lot of luggage. Very walkable with a beautiful ancient church at the end of the lane and good restaurants (Chequers is my favorite) a few minutes away. "Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Amazing stay at Walton Hall, checkin was fast and easy staff really helpful and professional. Room lovely clean with plenty of space. Free wifi strength good comfy bed could do with more firm pillows thought but that's just my taste. Bar and hotel facilities amazing good selection of beers and wines menu really good and prices reasonable. Lots to do nearby and only 20 mins to the Cotswolds."
