"We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. "Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

"Susan is an excellent host. Unobtrusive, but there when needed and nothing is too much trouble. She also provides an excellent and varied breakfast. Although in the middle of the village, the property is private and secure. Our room was comfortable and lacked nothing. It was also warm as the temperature dropped below freezing outside. Thoroughly recommended. "

"Stayed here before a track event at Donington and honestly it is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all. "Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."

"It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Bedding and towels were clean. There was a shelf unit that was about to collapse and the blinds were knackered and discoloured. The shower was very warm and powerful. Instructions and how to enter the building was emailed to me. But I didn't realise and was expecting a message via WhatsApp or text etc. Tried to call the number on the door and also the other number I had, but couldn't get a reply. Then I found the email, with all the information...
