"As always excellent..fab location for harbour and station ,relaxed breakfast area and so nice to see so many people with well behaved dogs able to enjoy a stay..dont let a pet friendly hotel put you off,it is immaculately clean and there are 2 areas at breakfast 1 pet friendly, all round excellent consistent accommodation. "I would have given 5 star all the way, however, a water foundation is needed in the spa area. You become dehydrated when using the stream room, and the it just need to be cleaned daily. Aside from that excellent hotel, amazing food, staff and location. "

"Lovely hotel, great nights sleep - you’ll wake up thinking it’s the middle of the night as the curtains are properly black out! The only negatives were the cleaner almost hounding us out of the room on day one whilst we were getting ready and the lack of room clean / top up of tea etc on day two! "
