"My wife literally did not want to leave John's cottage at Summer Village. John updated and his wife tastefully decorated their cottage and thought of everything including spices, toiletries, swim toys and a fully stocked kitchen allowing for great home cooked meals. The location is very quiet and private abutting a nature preserve and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We swam in the pool and played on the beach every day. John promptly answered any questions we had and offered...

"This house was just what our family needed for a “home base” while we enjoyed a few days in central New England. It was comfortable and clean, and it was easy to prepare meals when we ate in or packed lunches. Lin was very quick and helpful with communication, and I’d definitely stay again when we’re next In the area!"

"All the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an excellent experience. From the front desk staff, the waitstaff at breakfast and dinner to the very busy Starbucks Barista, everyone was welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. If there is anything I would add, it has nothing to do with staff. I find it odd that the bathrooms have no safety grab bars or working exhaust fans. Plastic liners for the bathroom A better quality magnifying mirror would be a nice touch. "
