"Staff at this hotel was excellent. At every step, staff offered help and assistance patiently and politely. The small complimentary toiletries were very useful, the breakfast buffet was delicious offering a smorgasbord of breakfast foods, and the free shuttle to the airport took all the stress out of getting to the airport."

"This is a first class hotel. The staff at reception are wonderful ( particularly the gentleman of Indian heritage), they could not be more helpful. The hotel is scrupulously clean and highly maintained and all areas are kept to that standard. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and again the staff are exceptional. Plenty of choices and very well laid out. The hotel is located extremely well and is undercover walking distance to JR Kawasaki station and 2 major shopping malls. There’s plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies within a 2 minute walk as well. We stayed 6 nights and it is a great base for day trips ( Tokyo Disneyland and Kamakura are a couple we did) . All round it is a great hotel made even better by the staff and the location. 10/10 from us"

"This hotel is a gem. It's in an out-of-the way, cool neighborhood of Tokyo with a nice mix of tourists and locals but extremely accessible to the rest of the city by the unbelievable Tokyo metro system. My only complaint is that the double room we stayed in had little room to move around so suitcase management was an issue. There might be bigger rooms but ours was tight squeeze. Otherwise, highly recommended."
