Only issue we had was that the Room was 26 deg C at night and couldn’t sleep good for 2 nights.
They won’t turn on the AC because of the municipal restrictions until May 1st.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them.
The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small.
The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

It was a great hotel , close to the train station but we arrived at night so we took an uber. They have the shuttle from and to the airport and since we were leaving in the early morning , they prepare some lunch boxes and it was great . I would definitely stay here next time . Thank you so much !

"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests ..."

"Property is right next to Tasch station - 1 minute walk to reach! Hotel was nice and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only thing was that there was brown liquid from the taps likely due to clogged contents in the pipes from the snowstorm that hit just a couple of days before."
