"Although there are only four rooms, ours was comfortable and equipped with all essentials (except it could use more electrical outlets). It was very dark and quiet at night, allowing a great night's sleep. The inn is exactly how a country inn should be and there is an absolutely superb beer garden. The staff were all attentive and considerate. The food in the restaurant is a bit variable but is perfectly adequate and our continental breakfast was fine for us. We'd be very happy to stay here...

"Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. I explained that I had already done so with Hotels.com.Our room was situated over the bar area. The room was an adequate clean twin bedded space. "Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...

"Little awkward to find on foot from Lime Street. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. Big gripe: hot water cut off and only way to get it back was to use boost button but this took 45 mins and we missed a timed event because we were late arriving. Small gripe: 1 saucepan to cook in. Needs more. The main toilet flush was weak. Would return, but will remember to boost water heater after going out or during down time! "
