"Great Hotel in superb location right in the middle of Lyme Regis. We were initially worried about parking, but on the day that we stayed there were plenty of places to park at the hotel and the car booking in system straightforward. We ate an evening meal in the hotel restaurant - typical pub fare but a few things were unavailable. Staff levels slightly low. Breakfast was really good, the staff very attentive and managed to customise my breakfast exactly as I wanted. "

"Very old thatched roof cottage so you do not expect modern up to date facilities. A quaint quirky place to stay which we chose for that reason and were not disappointed. Nice breakfast and the guys were happy to cook whatever we wanted. Room was serviced every day with coffee etc topped up and new biscuits every day. My bed was made up when I had left too many creases in it! Friendly helpful staff who were happy to chat as were the other guests at breakfast time. "

"Booked this hotel as an overnight stop for its convenient location. However, it exceeded all our expectations Clean and quiet, helpful staff and the room was spacious and calm. Great night's rest in a comfortable bed with good pillows. Breakfast, in the morning was good quality and locally sourced. Quality balanced with ecology due to its carbon neutral operation. I will definitely be returning soon"
