"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness and hospitality really set the tone for our visit. Our room was on the basement level, but it was very quiet and had clearly been recently renovated. Everything was spotless and tastefully designed. The bed was large and comfortable, the TV was big, and there was even a private sauna — a luxurious and relaxing bonus. The cute wallpaper added to the cozy, elegant feel. My wife especially loved the room. She kept saying, “I want to stay another night,” and “Next time, we must stay here again.” That’s how much we enjoyed it. The courtyard was another lovely touch. Peaceful and well-kept, it offered biscuits and coffee upon arrival. We sat there and enjoyed a calm, elegant moment — the perfect start to our stay. Breakfast was served in a bright, beautiful room with a nice view. The selection was simple but included everything we needed, and we were completely satisfied. We also fell in love with the charming streets of Gotland. It’s a place we’d love to return to, and when we do, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Comfort, design, and heartfelt service made this visit truly memorable."

"We loved our stay at the Clarion Visby. The best parts included its proximity to all things within the walled city. The breakfast is great, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and the staff is so kind! 10 out of 10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone who’s on the fence about different hotels to give the Clarion a shot."

"This is a typically wonderful Scandic hotel with excellent service, great beds, and decadent breakfasts and is right across the road from the Central Train Station. It also has a good, though oddly painted dark, gym. The outside is safe but a lot of smokers and drunks hang out there."

"Byo sheets!!! I didn’t catch that at booking…. This was a cute, old school looking house with a very well stocked kitchen set in a wooded area. I have a mold sensitivity and it had been closed up and therefore really a problem for me initially. Luckily I had an N95 mask to wear as it cleared out. My other problem was that the blind in the main bedroom wasn’t wide enough and the sun drilled into my eyes at 4:30 am!"

"We walked to the hotel from the ferry port and it was quick and convenient. The lobby was open late for us to check in easily. We stayed in one of the apartments and the staff had it prepared for us with 4 beds. We were pleasantly surprised with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The breakfast was simple, but good. The only negative was that the internet was not very good in our apartment. We had to go to the hotel lobby to get good wifi. Staying inside the city was an incredible experience. We loved the hotel and would stay again."
