The owner Annette was warm and welcoming and provided us with plenty of information to cater for our specific needs, including our son's passion for downhill biking, Annette was also able to order local bread for us in the morning which was delivered to our door. "We had a wonderful week. The house seems to be a little bit older but was clean and had a great location. The equipment was good and the space excellent. Except the toilets are to small. Located on the outskirts of Sölden it is a good starting point for all excursions in Tirol."

"Excellent property for multiple families. We were 11 people from 3 families and the rooms are spread over two apartments with one main living area. It was easy to gather together or separate into your rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. One comment, the description of the bedrooms could be more descriptive. There were actually more beds than we anticipated which was a bonus. The house is on a quiet street. Great choice for groups."

"The house and location were perfect, nice and cool when hot outside. The owners of the property should be very proud of what they have. It was very clean and tidy with all amenities to hand. Would use it again in a heart beat. Also very well managed with no complications."

"Ein so komfortables Haus mit 10 Leuten zu finden ist nicht einfach. Mit der Unterkunft hatten wir, von der Ausstattung bis zum äußerst netten und unkompliziert zuvorkommenden Vermieter einen Volltreffer und werden bestimmt versuchen nochmal dort unterzukommen."

"Wir waren 12 Personen (6 Kinder, 6 Erwachsene), damit war das Haus sehr üppig für uns, da dort grundsätzlich mehr Personen untergebracht werden können. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, passend eingerichtet und sehr bequem. Die Bäder sind modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief hervorragend, auch spontane Nachfrage vor Ort beantwortete sie umgehend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielleicht...

"Would love to stay again. Has character and is in a great location on fringe of city centre, with good bars, eateries & a supermarket close by. The accommodation & facilities were very good - just found bed a little low & having a toaster would improve the kitchen. "

"Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "
