Roofed, parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar 400 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, indoor swimming pool, bathing lake "Natterersee" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Please note: Property ref. AT6094.260.1 is situated on the same property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is centrally located, but in a quiet location facing the street. Tolle Unterkunft für Leute mit wenig Platzbedarf

Zimmer in schöner Umgebung mit Kochgelegenheit und kleinem Garten mit Grill. Nicht sehr gross, doch mit allem ausgerüstet, von Kühlschrank bis WLAN. Unter der Woche Busse nach Innsbruck im Viertelstundentakt.
