"This is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
Yes, it looks good from the outside — nice ambiance, large rooms, decent outdoor space — but the experience is absolutely terrible.
• We were served spoiled food on Day 1.
• Breakfast buffet was “open” till 10am, yet by 9:25am everything was gone and we were told to pay extra for food.
• Housekeeping had to be begged for, and when they finally came, they put a dirty duvet back on the bed.
• ROACHES in the room. Completely...

Unfortunately, there is very little that would justify this accommodation being classified as an Executive Suite. The overall experience falls well below the standard one would reasonably expect at that level.
A few specific observations:
Only one tea cup was provided despite the room being designated for two occupants.
The television is small, outdated, and of a quality more consistent with a standard room than an executive...
"This property is a gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area and clean. The hotel just lacks adequate maintenance. The staff were gracious and helpful. I didn't have power in my room for 7hrs, because the backup generator was faulty and was never compensated for sitting in my own sweat for hours. Furthermore the shower pressure was very low and there were no choice of breakfast; you just have to eat what they served. I'm really disappointed with ownership of this hotel, because they are letting it rot...
