"For the past 2 years one of the two elevators (if not both) were consistently down. Great location but anticipate the issue and get lower floor d/t carrying luggage on steps."

"The Palmetto was a nice boutique hotel located perfectly in the downtown area. The rooms were very nice and the shower was amazing. The morning breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, grits and biscuits and gravy. The all day sweet tea and water was nice after a lot of walking and touring. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The overall experience was nice; we will definitely return for our next stay. Thank You Team Palmetto."
Harborside at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

"The property has a wonderful view of Charleston harbor, and couldn't be more convenient to the water taxi into Charleston and Patriot Point. The resort shuttle only takes you to and from one spot in Charleston, it would have been great to have an airport option. The pools were nice and spacious. Our room was dated and could tell they had rushed some upgrades. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the pocket door to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. Overall it was a great stay and would go back."

"Staff were very friendly, helpful,polite. The room was very very clean, up to date Breakfast selection both mornings were good with a nice variety. Only two items that came up to speak about. Expedia had us registered for 3 rooms, so that took a while to figure out 2nd item. The one and only elevator for the hotel was out of order the first night and remained that way during our entire stay. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor, but I had had a Pacemaker implemented a few weeks earlier so navigating the stairs was a bit difficult for me. 2nd"
