"The lobby was spectacular and the elevator super cool. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different options. The view was really nice looking over the harbour. It’s a bit far from any shops or restaurants but the park land around the hotel is lovely. The only thing I really didn’t like was the cruise ships that dock alongside. The engines run all night, sometimes the music is loud and obnoxious although it didn’t go late. But it meant I couldn’t sit on the lovely balcony. But if you don’t mind being a bit far out from the centre it’s probably quieter than the main area of the city."

"This was our first time staying at an 'airport hotel'. Cannot stress how convenient it was. No rushing to catch shuttles after a long flight. No rushing around in the morning to find and catch buses/trains into the city. Room was large and very clean. Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful."

"Live this hotel, the view, the staff, how big it was and close to the park. In front of the station super convenient. Don’t get a taxi from there though because the hotel called in a taxi for us and told us it was going to be 4,000 yens and gave us a receipt but the taxi charged us almost 8,000 yens(on our way their). One taxi driver wanted to leave my parents in the middle of the road because that is were the 4,000 had marked, and kept insisting for them to get off even though my parents were like its okay we will pay the remaining just take us to the hotel ( on their way back)."
