"When I booked this hotel, I read reviews that it was rather old. But this was not really the case. The condition was acceptable for the price I paid. I was given a room for 3 although I booked a room for 2. The room was spacious. What was tue best about this hotel is the fact that it is linked on the 2nd level to the walkway which leads you to the Rinku Town station (370 yen ride gets you to Kansai airport), the Rinku Town Premium Outlet and the local shopping centre. Across the road is a large supermarket "Trial". Although the hotel offers free airport transfers, the service is not available between 11am and 6pm. You can take the JR train into Osaka. If you stop at the Namba station, you will be right in the centre of action- shopping, food etc. costs about 1000 yen"

"The area was great and the train station was close by. The customer service was not so great and they couldn’t provide a taxi cause we had 6 bags and 3 people. I asked for a minivan and they said no and just stared at us."

"The hotel's elevators give a great view of Universal Studios, the spa is awesome, massage chairs outside the spa, and the breakfast buffet has everything from frenchtoast to fish rice bowls. Great stay!!"
