"very beautiful resort, staff were very friendly, food was good as well. Front desk manager Ibrahim was very polite and helpful. We found the property lacked nightly entertainment; the daily activities were either too short or too boring. We would have loved to try the Turkish Hamam, however, the rates were TOO expensive ~ US110/person... Our stay was enjoyable, however, we wished for nightly entertaining programs like the next two adjacent hotels... "

"we arrived there at noon and there was no room available till 2:00 pm. But it was OK because we could have lunch while waiting for our room. the room was clean, nothing extra, no Kleenex box, no soap and mini bar was empty (just complementary water). You don't have access to Wi-Fi in rooms (just in lobby). no shuttle to the airport or to city center. The food was great. very polite staff."

"Detta hotell är i grunden mycket fint med fina pooler, fint rum och fina stora gemensamma ytor. Dock var servicen urusel, maten smaklös och variationen minimal, wi-fi som bara fungerade ibland och då bara i lobbyn samt städning som inte gjordes. Underhållning fanns inte. Den fria transporten in till Alanya var indragen för säsongen. Receptionspersonalen var oengagerad och inte hjälpsam. Detta var slutet på säsongen med väldigt få gäster. Det kändes som om man nästan redan stängt. Dock måste...

"The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children. "
