"This was a quick business trip. I didn't need much. Bed and a bathroom. The free shuttle from the airport was extremely helpful. Its an older property with room doors that lead to the outside. Everything look great. No paint peeling, no trash in the lot, no potholes in the lot, landscaped and yard trimmed. There was a heat wave that week. 115 daytime, 90 at night. The a/c kept up. 68 inside. Bed was newer/comfortable. The tv was big and newer. Microwave was clean and modern. Fridge was clean and up to date. Bathroom was clean and the walkin shower was updated. I needed a little more time before check out at 11a and the desk clerk gave me a complimentary extension. The rate was very reasonable as well. I would definitely stay here again. Didn't have time to check out the pool or the breakfast."

"We felt that the pool closing at 8 PM. Every night was quite uneventful. The fact that most amenities closed early and that Phoenix is so hot made us think twice about staying there again."
