"This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). "Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. "First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean. However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. "Super fantastic accommodations. Truly thought of everything you could need when needing a home away from home for vacation. Location was great- we did have a rental car but it was very conveniently located. Layout was just perfect with 3 bedrooms on entry level and family gathering spaces, master bedroom and an extra powder room upstairs. "Great property with a hot tub right out the back door! Extremely close to both Beaver Creek and Vail for all your snowy slopey needs. Not very far from Breck either, we hit that once during our week stay. Host was very communicative and had wonderful recommendations for local food, groceries, and fun. Would 1000% stay here again!"

"This location and the home is perfect for families with kids. You can easily walk into the shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek. Ski-in/ski-out was ok as there was very little slope to the trail behind the home. We typically just walked to the lift as it was very close. Overall, we loved the home and will plan to return."

"We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!"
