This ski-in, ski-out studio offers two double size beds, granite countertops, a mini refrigerator, coffee maker and full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. Additional features include a private deck, ceiling fan, shared washer/dryer and garage parking. This studio is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard, and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Beds

Beds are not Queen size. They are full size I measured them they are 54 inches and they are terrible. I’m in hospitality industry. Please replace your mattresses. Other than that the charters breakfast at terrace is ridiculous it was over $100 for 2 adults and 2 children under nine. Way over priced. We took shuttle to the ritz for breakfast after that and it was cheaper. I would recommend the charter to anyone for the stay but not the terrace restaurant for breakfast

Need a better description

We love the Beaver Creek área. This was out 2nd stay at The Charter. It maybe our last. We stayed there two years ago and there was constant construction. Two years later construction STILL. We were not told up front there is NO restaurant on the property open because of construction. We had to walk over to the village for all food and drinks. Not Great!!! Also there was no AC in our condo which was conveniently left off of the VRBO information. This would’ve been fine in May but Not July. Lots of false advertising which is completely inappropriate.
