BEDROOMS

This spacious mountain retreat features 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV and room-darkening curtains for the perfect night`s sleep. With a mix of King, Queen, Full, and Twin beds, the home accommodates up to 22 guests comfortably.



Bedroom 1: A serene King suite with a smart TV and private en suite bathroom on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Step outside onto your private balcony with two person sun-lounger and fire pit with sweeping views of the sun setting over the golf course. While the en suite bathroom retains its classic charm, it is pending renovations in 2026, however it is fully functional and thoughtfully maintained.

Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed on the top floor with a smart TV

Bedroom 3: Another Queen bed on the lower level with a smart TV and access to a full hall bathroom.

Bedroom 4: A spacious room on the lower level with two Full-size bunk beds, a smart TV and a private en suite bathroom

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $300 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
