Spacious ground-floor, 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Ski Trip Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to the shuttle for the lifts was outstanding. We enjoyed the close access to the sauna and two hot tubs for apres ski. While the condo is a bit dated, our experience renting this property was excellent - our overall rating is a 5. We would most definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Nice Condo Reasonably Close to Gondola

Nice comfortable condo about 10 mins walk or 3 mins shuttle from the Gondola.The kitchen was great except for the two partially working toasters which need to be discarded and replaced with one good one. All the other appliances worked great, we really appreciated the washer and dryer!We never fully understood the heating, even with the thermostats turned down low it still sometimes made the bedrooms too warm for us.We had a fabulous vacation and would recommend this condo.

1st floor location is key for skiers

Overall we had a great time and being on the 1st floor w/ski gear is key. We had an easy short walk to the hot tub and sauna. We used the private shuttle to Beaver Creek (Avon station with walk to gondola) several times. Can't comment on the private shuttle to Vail (we chose to drive due to scheduling).The condo was clean, though had a strong disinfectant smell when we arrived so we opened doors & windows for a bit to air it out. The 2nd bath is showing its age.

Absolutely fantastic

Very well maintained apartment, comfortable for a family of 4. The best check in process I have seen - clear explanations, all needed information was given. Convenient parking, ski shuttle on the property to BC and Vail. Parking spot right by condo door, no walking needed. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Great location by park and lake for paddle boarding and swimming. Also the amphitheater was a nice surprise as a concert was going on. This unit is just steps away from it all. A bit busy of a complex and was not expecting the amount of units and people but all in all the location can’t be beat. We would stay here again. I also loved how stocked the unit was with supplies.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

We stayed at this condo in February for skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. The Beaver Creek West location is very convenient to both, with a condo provided shuttle to the lower gondola at the Westin and to Vail (note that you have to make reservations for the Vail shuttle). The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace and ice maker didn’t work, but that didn’t dampen our stay. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but Jake at the rental office was fantastic and took care of us. The rest of the office staff was pleasant and helpful also. Overall, I recommend this condo for anyone planning a skiing trip to Beaver Creek and Vail. Plus, it offers a significantly more affordable option compared to slope-side accommodations in Vail.

This condo was just what we needed, perfect for a ski trip. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues (e.g. fireplace did not seem to work), which is not uncommon by the end of the high season. There was nothing important enough to interfere with the fun or even to motivate me to call anyone. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo for ski trip

This condo is a perfect location between Beaver Creek and Vail. The city transportation system makes it so easy to get to both. Love the shuttle provided by the condo association. The condo itself was very clean and perfect for our family of four. The office staff was very helpful throughout our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Primary bed was comfortable. We will come back again!

Ski stay in Avon

Went for skiing. I have stayed in Beaver Creek many times, always up in the village area. That became so expensive, I decided to try staying in Avon. BC West Condos has a very convenient shuttle to the lower gondola at the Westin. I was out the door and on the mountain skiing in the Bachelor Gulch area in approximately 20 minutes, with no lines. The cost of staying in Avon is about 1/2 - 1/3 of staying on mountain, so well worth it. Avon has pretty much everything you need, including good restaurants. Our condo was dated and needed better lighting, but was clean and everything worked. The amount of space was good, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to make meals there without difficulty. There is a main office staffed with pleasant and helpful people. A nice library is a short walk, good for non-skiing family. Overall, if you are going for skiing, this would be an excellent choice.

Great Location

We've stayed in this same unit before and returned because the shuttle is so convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Also, the ground floor unit with easy access to the pool is awesome with kids and snowboards. It's a spacious, comfortable living area to hang out in as well.

Great place to stay

My family has stayed at Beaver Creek West Condos several times and we will continue to stay here! The staff is incredibly helpful and communicates with you on any issues. Very comfortable and convenient location wtih great vlaue!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time staying in this condo! It was clean, well-stocked, and close to the pool/hot tub. The fast that it’s first floor and you can walk right out your back door to the pool was such a bonus for us. We stayed in July and even though there was no a/c in the unit, our unit stayed very cool We had family that stayed in another unit and it was so hot! It’s just a short walk to a park, the lake, the amphitheater, and multiple walking trails. Could not have asked for a better location!! We were there for a week and cooked at least 5 dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this unit, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo

Loved this condo. Beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. Well equipped kitchen and very easy access to pool and hot tub. Both of which could have been hotter. The ice maker didn’t work and neither did fire place but it wasn’t a big deal. Would highly recommend booking. And most importantly they had 2 humidifiers which was greatly appreciated

Great spot!

Condo was plenty spacious for 2 adults and 2 adult children. Well stocked. Great location with its own shuttle service, though city bus is also nearby and walk to Avon landing/gondola is pretty quick too.

I read that the skied shuttle didn’t run during certain days during our stay. But we were pleasantly surprised as it ran each day and made access to Beaver Creek so easy!
