Also on this level are two bedrooms that share a hallway bath: a king and a room with one single bunk and a pyramid bunk. For those geared up to move, there is also a den with a Peloton® bike.

The remaining bedroom, a king, is located on the top level and shares a bathroom with the rest of the level. This is also home to the high-ceilinged great room where a kitchen, dining area, and living space thoughtfully bring everyone together for meals and memorable moments. The well-stocked kitchen offers plenty of cabinets to stow away groceries and ample counter space to prep your meals. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
