Upstairs on the mid-level are three more bedrooms, two kings share a common full bath and the third is a king master with private bath. All three bedrooms have access to the deck and all bedrooms in the home have their own TV. The mid-level den provides a respite from the group to relax and watch your favorite show or movie on the home theater system with surround sound. Upstairs, gather in the spacious great room for conversation and fellowship. Prepare succulent temptations in the well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and lots of counterspace. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
