This gorgeous penthouse is located in The Ascent, Beaver Creek Resort’s newest complex. Situated in Lower Beaver Creek Village, guests can enjoy easy access to local restaurants and shops in Avon.

Guests at this penthouse loft are treated to a newly renovated, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the property includes a large living room and formal dining area, as well as vaulted ceilings and large windows.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 406 The Ascent have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

The bedroom configuration for this property is as follows:

All bedrooms are fitted with large, flat screen HD televisions.

Guests staying at The Ascent are welcome to take advantage of the multiple amenities on offer. These include the communal indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and steam room, outdoor patio with a fire pit and additional hot tubs, private storage lockers for ski and equipment, scheduled shuttle service to slopes during ski season, a children’s game room, adult sports lounge and reading room. Parking for one vehicle is available in the outdoor parking lots.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

**Due to rules established by the Ascent Home Owner's Association, only two rental guests are allowed to stay in each bedroom, with the exception of infants under the age of one, regardless of bedding configurations. No pets allowed.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.

The amenities were wonderful especially the shuttle service and the proximity to Avon. Complementing the physical location, quality lodging, and amenities was the service. We have a lot of experience renting condos and vacation homes around the world, but the service and responsiveness of Mountain Management were unmatched. Concierge services for planning your trip including booking transfers, scheduling private lessons, arranging for Ship Skis pick up and drop off were not expected, and were an amazing bonus for a group that is usually very DIY. Finally, the communication around prearrival, arrival and departure were the most seamless we have ever experienced. A special thanks to Taylor and Shelly for making our first trip to Beaver Creek amazing and effortless.

The location is great - easy to shuttle up to Beaver Creek or get on the highway to visit other attractions.

Reviewer Comments: OK, there are a couples things i was not happy with, one was housekeeping, i was told that it was every other day, they only came on saturday, they should of come on friday and sunday,the other issue is that we were told me that the lift tickets would be in my unit, the whole point of purchasing the lift tickets ahead of time is to avoid the lines and there were lines, other than that over a decent experience

Very convenient shuttle to skiing with great drivers. Game room and workout room were great perks as well as lockers for ski gear. Only negative to our place was the top floor master was VERY cold and the management had to bring a space heater to help which did immediately. Can’t say enough about how responsive and attentive the concierge was. If you are staying with another family or have a large family could not recommend this property any more!

The unit was beautiful

The four bedroom unit was beautiful, updated and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. A ski locker comes with the unit, it is a little small for 8 skiers so we asked for an additional locker. The complex had two hot tubs, a steam room and pool - so nice after a long day of skiing. Plan ahead for where you are skiing - the shuttle goes to Beaver Creek but doesn't run often to Vail. The town bus system is very easy to use though.
