The Borders Lodge and the Upper Borders Lodge Form an elegant enclave of tastefully decorated mountain residences. Tucked away on a hillside overlooking the mountains and golf course, it's just a short walk to Beaver Creeks smart shops, galleries, restaurants and entertainment at the world-famous Villar Center for the Performing arts, and of course North Americas only village to village ski experience. Exploring the Vail Valley is great fun on the bike path or hiking trails or even in a car! Underground secured parking and storage allows you and your guests the freedom to bring and leave a bike or car if you so choose. Owner's storage is plentiful! The Upper Borders Lodge is true ski in ski out to chair 14, the entrance to North Americas only village to village ski experience. The year around pool and 2 hot tubs are a treat for the family whether playing with children or soaking in the hot tub under the star filled night sky after a wonderful day of hiking, golfing, horseback riding or skiing. Every season is a new experience for you and your family to enjoy. Other amenities include onsite front desk and concierge services. In addition to banks of enormous picture windows which capture the golf course and Mountain View's, Upper Borders Lodge 208 is beautifully furnished, and has 3 very spacious bedrooms. The chef in your family will be thrilled with the fully equipped kitchen which will no doubt come in handy on a snowy winter night or when breakfast is served! The sunny dining area seats 6 with additional seating available at the bar. Relaxing by the rock fireplace reliving the days adventures with family and friends as moonlight spills across the room and millions of stars begin to fill the sky it becomes clear that without saying or even thinking it you've come home. Wonderful place! Great location. Matt is a great host who made our first visit to Beaver Creek easy. The condo is beautiful and has everything needed to feel like home. Maybe better than home actually. We will be back.

Great stay

Beautiful condo. Great location! Ski lift out the back door with no lines. Skiing back to condo was difficult for beginner but free easy shuttle offered a quick ride back from other locations. Would definitely stay here again!

Best ski vacation

We loved this condo. The location was great and the ski in/ out was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We will be sure to stay here again in the future.

Great condo...Great location... Great property manager

We stayed at this property the first week in Feb '25 for our first time visiting BC (6 adults). The unit is very much like the pictures in the listing. Modern, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Nice sunrises over the mountains from the MBR. Location is good for ski in/out. It's a small, barely used lift that runs behind the condo but it takes up so you can connect to anywhere on the mountain. From this property you can use the free Village Connect bus system to take you to other parts of the resort on demand which is extremely well run and efficient. The property manager (Matt B) is outstanding. He was very communicative prior to the stay and was super responsive throughout. He knows the property/unit very well and what we experienced was exactly as he described when booking. I would book this property again as well as would use Matt again (he has other properties) if this one were not available on our desired dates.

Wonderful True Ski in/out

Beautiful condo, attentive manager, great location. One thing to note is the slope this is on is a blue with some moguls so if you have a brand new skier then you should plan on shuttling (which is also super easy).

Absolitely wonderful

Fantastic ski vacation. True ski-in/ski-out property. Matt really is a superhost. Communication with Matt was fantastic. We were able to get the keys and find the property without any problems at all. When we got to the unit, it was everything exactly as advertised, and maybe even just a bit nicer. This was my son's first "out-west" ski trip and it couldn't have been better. We went with friends who aren't as experienced skiers as my son and and I, and Beaver Creek was a wonderful choice. Many miles of green runs for everyone, and enough blues and black diamonds to make me want to come back again and again.We're already planning our next trip to Beaver Creek, and we'll be sure to stay at one of Matt's properties.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for our trip (4 adults and 2 young kiddos). Spacious, clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed and more. The location was amazing too. Ski in/ski out and a super quick shuttle ride to the village (request the shuttle through an app, and it's outside waiting for you in minutes). Would definitely stay again. The property manager was super accommodating and responsive - thank you!

Triple Bypass Ride Accommodations

Luxury accommodations for our crew of 4 guys out to do the Triple Bypass Ride! Beds for all in this three bedroom. The place was very clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The property manager Matt is easy to reach, informative, and very welcoming. Key fob pickup was offsite near the entrance to Beaver Creek but easy to grab as you drive in. I’ve stayed in Beaver Creek 10+ times during summers and winter and this is by far the nicest condo I’ve stayed in. Great for larger families or those that want to spread out. It’s a short walk to the village or you can use the bus system to get down to Avon. Our stay was short since we were biking most of the time and ate out every meal. Underground parking is tight with a large suv but no different than any other ski condo, just back into the spaces. Would stay here again!

Incredible Beavercreek Location

Incredible Family Ski Vacation at Beavercreek. The ski in ski out location was incredible as was the condo itself. If that isn’t enough wait till you meet the property Manager. He will make sure you have a the best and most memorable vacation possible.

Great condo with great management

The condo, which looks to be recently renovated, is extremely nice and steps from Elkorn lift. It is a short walk and under 5 minute shuttle ride to the village. Matt was a great host! Excellent communicator and very responsive to all questions leading up to and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place!

We stayed at this property over Christmas and loved it! The ski in/out location is perfect for stopping in for lunch or to warm up. Property was just as nice as described. We were a little hesitant because we were some of the first guests to rent but don't hesitate because Matt was great with communication. He made sure to reach out during out stay and see if everything was as we needed it. We have rented multiple properties over the years and this was one of our best experiences. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beaver Creek Beauty!

My Host, Matt Bresler was fantastic - reaching out immediately upon booking and guiding us through the process. He really went above and beyond, making us comfortable and welcome. The condo was amazing, well/high-end appointed, comfortable, clean and with everything needed to make for a great trip. The beds we comfortable, the layout was great, bathrooms were modern and the fireplace made for a very cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient with ski in/out access to Elkhorn lift (just be on the lift by10:30am before they shut it down. Otherwise there is a very convenient shuttle to take you to the base if you oversleep! All in, a wonderful experience - thanks Matt!!
