Stay in a privately owned studio inside a four-diamond riverfront resort with direct gondola access to Beaver Creek Mountain and an incredible collection of resort amenities. Because this residence is privately managed rather than rented through the resort's rental program, the owner avoids the resort's approximately 60% management fee and is able to pass those savings along to guests. Please note that we are not permitted to use the resort's brand name in our advertising.

This is one of the resort's rare studios with a large private patio, complete with a table and seating for four. Enjoy views toward Beaver Creek Mountain, the pool, and Eagle River, with shrubs separating the private patio from the adjacent public patio.

Inside, the studio features extra-high ceilings, a king bed, sofa sleeper, and kitchenette stocked with dishes, pots, and pans for four. The residence sleeps up to 4 guests and offers the convenience of a full-service resort with the comfort of a privately managed condo.
