This 22 Acre campground is perfect for your escape to Avon. We sit in the heart of an elk hunter's paradise and a flyfisherman's dream. Access is very easy for any vehicle year round, right off of highway 12. We offer 6 cabins, 12 RV sites w/power and water, and numerous level tent camping sites with power are available. Cabins with queen beds, full beds, and twin beds to meet every need; we can comfortably sleeps a large group. Guests can freshen up in the heated KOA Style Bath House featuring a refreshing hot showers and bathrooms. The space offers personally controlled heating to keep everyone cozy during cooler nights. Hunters are welcome! We offer a walk-in cooler, dining hall, and camp lounge to our guests. A Stainless Steel outdoor kitchen is also availble for you to prepare meals. Microwaves, coffee makers, toaster ovens are in each room help with simple cooking. This camp is located in the middle of historic gold fields, and we have a gold panning station for you to learn the art. Horseshoe pits are also available. Our on-site hosts know the local area and are more than willing to help you in your pursuits and adventures with some local information. If you have large parties of people, you can hire our on-site cook to create meals in our commercial kitchen at your request. You can also rent the entire 22 acres, the cabins, rv sites, and tent areas for family reunions and weddings! We have a great deal to offer. Enjoy your time in Avon at our campground!
