Wake up each morning to a sweeping view of the mountains at this second-floor condo in the heart of Avon, enviably situated less than half a mile from the Riverfront Express Gondola at Beaver Creek Resort.

Here in the center of Avon, you'll be walkable to restaurants, cafes, gear shops, a grocery store, the banks of the Eagle River, and the gondola. Beaver Creek Village is only three miles south, while Vail Ski Resort is an easy, nine-mile drive east. You'll also be very close to a stop for the complimentary ski resort shuttle.

As you enter this second-story condo, the first thing you'll notice is the incredible natural light. A back wall of floor-to-ceiling glass frames the shaded balcony, the town below, and the evergreen mountains dusted with snow.

After a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking, come home to shed your gear by the door, toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer, and fix yourself a few hearty snacks in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher. Flip on the gas fireplace, take a seat on the sofa, and spend the evening watching movies on the cable TV.

Each of the bedrooms has a TV and an attached bathroom, with the primary suite offering the bonus of a jetted bathtub and balcony access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great ski location

Condo was great for 3 people. Parking a large car was a challenge. Taking the bus to the slopes was as easy as it gets.

Convenient, clean

Very nice condo, comfortable, five minute walk to free shuttle to Beaver Creek resort. Arrived at night, so had trouble finding where to enter the building. Directions should say that entrance is below Cohabit sign in Cohabit Cube Hotel (above a strip mall).

This really is not walkable to the Gondola...especially in ski boots, so dont expect that. Very clean. Bedrooms and kitchen good. Only one seating option in the living room and that is the most horrible couch ever made. very low to ground and a cheap horrible foam cushion to sit on. Couch should be burned. The sushi/habachi restaurant on ground floor is very good...try it.

Best location in the Vail valley

This unit is perfect for a stay in the Vail valley. The skier shuttle to Beaver Creek picks up at this complex and is one of the first stops in the morning, so you will always be able to get a seat (the shuttle also stops at a transfer lot where you can jump on a bus to Vail). There are dozens of restaurants/bars within walking distance. The unit has a full kitchen, and City Market grocery is across the parking lot - less than a 3 minute walk. The unit has been updated and was very clean. The furniture was new and the beds were extremely comfortable, including numerous pillow options. The building has covered parking, a locker to keep your skis/snowboards, and an elevator that lets you off very close to this unit - which is nice if you are carrying your gear. The unit has great views of the mountains and gets lots of sunlight with southwest facing floor-to-ceiling glass in the living room. I would highly recommend this unit and will come back for summer/fall activities.
