Upstairs, the spacious and open living area is the perfect place to entertain or simply relax with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make home cooked meals during your stay. First family vacation to Avon 2022

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! It was right on the beach with breathtaking views, especially from the top deck. It was fully enclosed so my dog could join me up there and was living her best life. The lower deck had a hot tub which malfunctioned during our trip and someone came out almost immediately to fix it. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars, seeing the Milky Way was definitely a highlight for my family. The interior of the home was beautiful and definitely felt like home away from home, with everything we needed to cook and also play family board games. The location was ideal as there are several shops right across the street, including our family’s favorite ice cream shop and coffee / muffin shop, 1 minute or less walk. Everyone we ran into was beyond nice and warm, from locals to others on vacation. We are absolutely planning on making this an annual trip and hope to score this amazing property again next year.
