Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home – a modern haven designed for style, comfort, and impeccable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, ensuring delightful meals for family and friends.

* Please note that the indoor staircase is a spiral staircase, which may not be ideal for young children or those with mobility issues.

Our location is conveniently within a short walking distance (1000 feet) from the public beach access walkway, and just a stone's throw away from the Froggy Dog restaurant. In addition, we are just a short stroll from coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and more. For water sports enthusiasts, a boat launch is conveniently located just 50 yards away! Just a few feet from the house, a long sidewalk extends from one end of Avon to the other, leading to restaurants and additional shops

Enjoy breathtaking sunset views of the sound from the furnished decks, or take advantage of our amenities, including high-speed internet, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a curated collection of games and books.

Additionally, enjoy the convenience of FREE WIFI, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a washer/dryer.

Bed sheets and bath towels are included with your stay. Please bring separate beach towels.

We provide a starter pack with one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, a couple of laundry pods, a couple of dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

A couple of old bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, and a kayak are available for our guests to use.

The property features a charcoal grill in the backyard.

For your convenience, a key code will be provided to access the house.

Please note that this is a smoke-free property, and smoking is strictly prohibited. We also regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.

Kindly be advised that the jet streams in the upstairs bathtub are currently not functioning. We appreciate your understanding.
