"We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mermaid- it was beautiful and clean…lots of space and all we needed. Short walk to the beach and great views from the multiple balconies. We would definitely stay again! Also great communication with owner! "

"This place was amazing!!! 1st off, great neighborhood off the beaten path!! Right on the sound, amazing views, and thoroughly enjoyed watching kite surfers! The open floor plan of kitchen, dining room and living room was great for hanging out, the kitchen had everyone you would need! The hot tub was hot, the pool was refreshing! There were so many bedrooms to choose from, along with bathrooms. There were only 4 of us, but we loved having our own spaces!The village is great, we loved the little coffee shop called “Ugly Mugs”, and the gym was great as well!The owners were in direct contact and gave us a list of plenty of places to eat, things to do and access! We will definitely stay here again! "

"This lovely property is situated idyllically right on the sound, with gorgeous sunset views, comfy beds and truly delightful decor throughout. VERY clean. Nice quiet, yet friendly neighborhood. The ocean side is a 3 minute drive away, and the overall location was near enough to everything our group wanted to see.Our only issues were supplies: For a 4-night stay, we were left only 2 pods for the dishwasher (and after each cycle there was always a clump of hardened detergent left in the dishwasher dispenser), only 2 pods for the clothes washer, and NO extra trash bags. Communication with the "host" - a property mgmt company - was OK, except when I texted to see if add'l trash bags were perhaps stored someplace we hadn't found, I got what seemed to be an automated reply that ignored my question and instead told me what days the trash is picked up.We all agreed we would stay here again the first chance we got!"

"Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. "
