"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"Not sure we’ve had a better experience in a weekend rental. The place was accommodating to our young children with a playroom and many outdoor toys and equipment as well. We brought our own beach stuff but rarely used it! In addition, the cleanliness of the home as well as the thoughtful decoration and labeling of items made us feel like home. We loved the location and we rented golf carts during our stay to just cruise around the neighborhood and go across the road to park at the beach. The...
