Gorgeous Location, Many Outdoor Activities, Sleeps 49 in Beds + Camping

If you want to relax, play, and enjoy the beauties of nature, you'll love this beautiful secluded retreat. MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO!

The spacious clubhouse gives you the room you need for a large gathering. It has a 1200 square foot kitchen/gathering room with two stoves and two refrigerators, one full bathroom, 4 shower rooms, 5 toilet rooms, and many sinks and mirrors. The beach house also has a full kitchen, a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and an extra sink and mirror.

Oh the places you'll go! Experience our themed bedrooms . . . Go Cape Cod style. Kids get to sleep in the Lighthouse while parents sleep in a nearby king bed. Or go to the mountains and sleep in the big log bed while kids sleep in the cabin. Gone Fishing? Well, maybe Mom and Dad came home to go to bed, but the kids are still sleeping in the boat. Visit the magical Fairy Forest and sleep under the twinkling lights while the kids get to sleep in the tree fort. Go to the desert and enjoy a private queen bedroom, or go out to space and sleep under the stars in your own private queen space shuttle. Climb up the jungle tree and sleep in the king loft or sleep under the tree in a queen bed. The Beach House has two king suites that are great for larger families. If you don't want to leave the party but prefer talking until you fall asleep, the beach party room is perfect for you. There are also extra beds in the beach house living room. A wide variety of sleeping arrangements is perfect for large groups. Sleeps 49 in beds.

Extra large groups can easily be accommodated in our campsites and hammocking trees. The many large trees are perfect for those who want to sleep under the stars. There are enough trees for all who want to sleep in hammocks. Bring your own hammocks or rent some from us. The beautiful campsites have eight, large, level campsites. You are also welcome to bring trailers or motor homes. We do not have RV hookups.

Enjoy our sports court where you can play pickleball, basketball, volleyball, tetherball, croquet, and bocce ball. We have a 200' water slide, and children's playhouse, sandbox, trampoline, and swing set that is 20' high. (water slide opened Memorial Day - Labor Day) We also have a private paintball course where our guests can play tough army games.

If you love to be outdoors, you'll love this area. If you like to hike, there is nothing between the home and the mountains. There are many places to explore on and off the property.

Enjoy the scenic drive up the canyon to the Porcupine Dam (7-8 miles). If you don't have water toys, we have a canoe and kayaks for rent so you can enjoy kayaking, swimming, cliff jumping, and fishing at this absolutely stunning water retreat. It is not open to motorized watercraft (except small fishing boats), but if you travel the other direction for 10 minutes, you can enjoy all your motorized watercraft at the Hyrum Dam.

This is one of the most beautiful peaceful places on earth. Up against the mountains in the middle of thousands of trees, you'll find yourself wanting to come back again and again.

WE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE!!! I wish I had a few hours to properly describe the absolute perfection of this uniquely, beautiful, nature filled, comfortable compound… which absolutely includes the most incredible & accommodating host I have ever encountered in my many years of not only renting my own property, but staying at various locations around the world!JUST WOW…so picturesque, so incredibly peaceful, so perfect for a large group! From start to finish…our large party from all walks of life embarked on this getaway for a very special family compound while our son was getting married nearby! EVERYONE loved this fabulous property… we even utilize the Camping area for several motorhomes /trailers…we felt so incredibly taken care of on all levels…. And I absolutely hope to make staying in Avon/Paradise an annual tradition. LIFETIME memories made… and next time I’m staying longer!!

Such a good time. Will go back.

We came here for a family reunion and it was perfect for a large crowd. We were 50 strong and found the sleeping, kitchen, bathroom, and activities more than enough to entertain all of the family (ages 2-50). The scenery from the house is breathtaking, and the waterslide was the hit of the stay. We loved our stay and will come back.

Annual Family Gatherin

Each year we stay for a few days at a Vrbo or similar location, as a family. It's a great opportunity to keep our family close. (This year, 35 of our 43 and now 4 generations.) Our oldest was 81, our youngest 2 were babies a month old. The new moms were delighted with the quiet, private spots. We loved this beautiful location!! It was rustic but not isolated, profoundly quiet except for nature and animals around you. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The facilities were very adequate but not posh. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds and accommodations. Activities were just great! Pickle ball, basket ball, walking, they even have a football field sized paintball course which the go-getters of us really enjoyed. And a giant waterslide. If you want a place which comfortably accommodates large groups with a rustic yet comfortable atmosphere, this one is top of the list!!

Perfect Hideaway

Coworkers and I stayed at this wonderful property while we were in town for a conference. The spacious homes gave us each our own oasis to decompress after long days. We wished we had more time to take advantage of all the amenities. Jennifer was a great host and we hope we can stay here again.

Amazing location, welcoming atmosphere, terrific host

Large family reunion (70+ people of all ages), and everyone loved the location. The pickle ball court and basketball hoop were in constant use, with the waterslide, playhouse, and sandbox a close second. The rooms are cute and accommodating, with built-in bunks in many of the rooms. Our group absolutely loved it, and felt very comfortable having our kids exploring the property without worry.

Perfect stay in Paradise

We had our 50th anniversary family reunion here with 44 people. There were enough bedrooms for all and Jennifer has decorated each room with such fun themes that delighted everyone! The little boys loved staying in the jungle room treehouse and the little 4 year old girls adored the fairy room. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for all to eat there. We also set up a karaoke night in that kitchen room. During the days everyone had fun on the water slide and swings and playing on the shady grassy areas surrounding the house. Jennifer was so helpful and available to answer every question we had. We also rented the trailer full of kayaks and played one day at Hyrum State park and one day at Porcupine Dam. Everyone thought this was an ideal location. We definitely would give our stay 5 stars! Thanks Jennifer for an unforgettable 5 days!

Family Reunion

Thank you so much for such an amazing location! Not only did the location create an environment to enjoy spectacular views of nature, but the facility itself was awesome. Every detail was well thought out and prepared for. We were a large group of 52 and never had to wait for a bathroom! The bathroom and shower setup was brilliant. The great room photos don’t do it Justice. We were worried it would be a bit small, but found it much larger in person! Loved that you provided pickle ball supplies among other game equipment. Bed situations provided tons of versatility. Would highly recommend, unless it interferes with our return trip! Lol

It was beautiful place

We had a large family reunion with lots f generations. There was something for all age groups to do. The water slide was a big hit along with the basketball and pickleball. We had people from California, Oregon,Idaho, Colorado, Kansas, Texas and of course Utah. Wonderful time thank you for this place.

Lots to do for everyone

We were there for a reunion of about 50 people of all ages. It's nice to have lots of outdoor activities available on the property, so you don't have to find things offsite to entertain the kids. The kids had plenty to do outdoors the whole time. Some of the teenagers complained about not having wifi, but somehow they survived. The large kitchen/gathering room is big enough for a large group, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is pretty well equipped.

Our family outing was fun, exiting, peaceful and relaxing all at the same time

The communication from inquiring, booking, during our stay and after checking out was great. Any time we needed anything, Jennifer was available. Check-in was simple. She was waiting for us when we arrived, she gave us a tour of the property, provided us with rules and instructions and answered any questions we had. The property was very large and tucked away near the mountains. It was perfect for our group size of 60-80 depending on the day. The city is appropriately named Paradise. There was a quiet, peaceful and relaxing feeling as we arrived and walked the property. Once all the kids arrived the quiet went away but the peaceful and relaxing part remained throughout. Upon arrival the teens quickly jumped on the pickle bar court and started playing, the kids were immediately on the swing set, in the playhouse, in the sandbox and running through the trees as soon as they got out of the cars. The grown ups landed in the huge dining area of the club house and relaxed on the comfortable sofas. Speaking of huge dining area, there were a 3 large refrigerators/freezers and two ranges giving us what we needed for large meal prep. We brought a bunch of corn hole games and started a tournament on the volleyball court that was played over a two day period. The water slide was a huge hit with kids of all ages throughout our stay. The sleeping arrangements were very diverse. We had people sleeping in beds, lofts, tents and hammocks. There are a lot of trees that are perfect for hammocks, but watch out for the sprinklers at night. Only some of the hammock trees stay dry. During our stay, we had a barbeque, roasted marshmallows and made smores around the campfire, the kids had orbeez wars in the trees, played volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, croquet and bocce ball. There was literally never a dull moment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until we left. We highly recommend this property, especially for large groups.

I truly wonderful day!

The theme rooms were a delight for everyone. Our children made a grand tour for us showing us all the neat places and rooms. The water slide was the number one activity. Our young adults were thrilled to have a place to paintball/AirSoft. (What other facility has that?) A playhouse with everything a child would dream of was a hit with the younger children. We played basketball and pickleball. Enough refrigerator and oven space to feed our large group was very convenient. The only thing my would change is: I wish we could have reserved more days.

The ideal family reunion destination!

We absolutely loved our stay!! We had a large group to accommodate and Jennifer made every effort to make us feel welcome. She answered texts months before our reservation and was always readily available while we were on the property. Her husband even came out to help us park our trailer when we arrived! We've stayed at many locations over the years but this one was one of the best. It offered a perfect blend of indoor gathering spaces and outdoor play spaces. We also rented the water equipment from the facility and loved it! I was amazed at how many water toys they were able to fit in the trailer and how neat and organized it all was. We had a huge group but never felt like we had to take turns or wait in line for a kayak or life jacket - there were plenty to go around. The water day was definitely a crowd favorite. My favorite part was the secluded atmosphere. We had so much privacy and open space to ourselves. It was quiet enough to have fun fireside chats at night and secluded enough to watch outdoor movies without annoying neighbors. I simply can't say enough good things about it. We absolutely loved it and would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jennifer, for creating such a happy place for our family to gather!

Something for Everyone

We have a large extended family and have had a difficult time finding a place to accommodate all 77 of us. This place was perfect! 47 of our group slept over at the house and there were plenty of beds. The kitchen was awesome with plenty of space to prepare food and sit. Lots of picnic tables outside with huge trees for shade. We used a firepit to make s'mores and the large grill to cook hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken. The best thing is there was something for everyone so no one was ever bored - the water slide was a huge hit with children and teens while the older groups liked playing pickleball on the court. Kids also loved the huge swing sets, playhouse, trampoline, and shaded sandpile. There was plenty of space to spread out and play games. We also had an outdoor talent show on the sports court, which was wonderful. The owners were very easy to work with and super helpful and kind. I just can't say enough about this place. We've been holding reunions for 30 years and this was our favorite spot by far!

Our family of 43 had the most wonderful time at this fun property. We had planned to do many other things in the area but found the options at the property so varied that we didn’t need to leave nearly as often as we had planned. A great time was had by all!

Paradise is the perfect word!

My family selected this location for our family reunion and it was the perfect spot! It’s beautiful! It has everything you need for a great gathering. There’s plenty of room, lots of activities, places to explore! We couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Jennifer! You were the perfect hostess!!

Not very clean

We held our 50-person family reunion here. The many activities and creative room decor are wonderful. Also, there was space for everyone to sleep. However, the cleanliness was very poor. For the fees paid, we would expect professional cleaning and instead, we found blood on pillows, secretions on blankets, and dirty furniture. For these reasons, we can not recommend this property.

Would Stay Again - Recommending It to Family and Friends

We gathered for three nights and portions of four days for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration with our entire family traveling from Western and Midwestern states. The two top family favorites were the lovely rural setting and the giant swing set used by all - toddlers to grandparents. The second favorite features included the pickle ball court and water slide. The varied decor of the bedrooms was fun, and the mattresses were delightfully comfortable. The many individual toilet rooms and individual shower rooms were greatly appreciated and an important feature for a large group. The 1200 square foot great room was just right for everyone to feel comfortable. We were close to reservoirs, hiking, and movie matinees; plus takeout food was within distance of a comfortable drive. We brought our own table games and indoor group games as nothing of this nature is included. We were disappointed there was no dishwasher but loaded the dumpster with all of our bagged paper goods. A suggestion would be to make at least one washer and dryer available for a stay that is booked for several days rather than keeping them locked away from guests. This would especially be appreciated by those who have traveled many hours to reach the site and will be traveling long distances again after they depart.

Outstanding property for large groups

We held a family reunion here. This property comfortably fit all 40 of us including 8 couples and 24 teens/young adults. We didn’t have any small children, but there’s a lot here for every age group. There was so much to do right on the property. We hiked, played on the waterslide, brought orbeez guns, played on the paintball course, played volleyball, pickle ball, and basketball, swung on the swings, played card games indoors, gathered for meals in the large gathering area, discovered wildlife, visited around the campfire, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, took family photos, and went paddle boarding and kayaking at nearby Hyrum reservoir. The teens were never bored. I definitely recommend this place! A few tips: bring your own drinking water because the area has water with a lot of minerals and I didn’t like the sulfur taste in it. Bring a few of your own dishcloths for cleaning up meals if you’re planning to cook, bring firewood so you can make campfires, remember quiet time after 10 p.m. and take some time to gaze up at the stars in the beautiful night sky.
