- Ski-in to back of building from Strawberry Park chairlift via Oxford ski-way or a short walk through Beaver Creek Village
- Elevator access direct to suite. No steps
- Complimentary taxi dial-a-ride Village Connect transportation (car not needed)
- 1 free underground heated parking space. Additional parking in Wolf lot.

-Outdoor Pool and Hot Tubs are available at an extra charge and are located in the Park Hyatt Exhale Spa which is a one minute walk on the other side of the ice rink. Daily and weekly passes available for purchase at the Hyatt.
I also have additional 2-bdrms and 4 bdrm condos that and another 4-bdrm in the same Market Square building if you have a larger group. Can sleep up to 45 people between 5 different condos in Market Square.

Great Location for Thanksgiving Celebration

Amazing condo, perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Beaver. It was so easy to access ski school and the lofts, and at night everyone could enjoy incrediable access to the village. We had a large group of all ages and everyone is already excited to go back. Communication was great from start to finish, thank you Reed! Highly recommend!

Fabulous!!

The convenience of the location can't be beat! The balcony makes it perfect for Thursday's firework show, watch the kids skate, and watch your family come down the escalator from the promenade. The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, spacious & super equipped kitchen. You have your private ski locker & private code elevator. I doubt it gets better than this! Beware though, once you try this condo, you will never go back to less perks.

We’ve been to Beaver Creek 10 times and this is our favorite rental of them all. It’s a great location, great condo, and overall great experience. We will definitely be booking the same unit next year!

Wedding weekend

Reed was very helpful and this place was great! Location was perfect, so many options just walking out your door and view from the patio was wonderful. We had 6 adults and more than enough room, everyone had a fantastic time, we would definitely stay here again
