    Location, location, location! This private and quiet 1-bedroom + den, 2-bath condo is located in the Market Square building in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Walk right out to shops, restaurants, the ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and more. The Vilar Center for the Performing Arts is even located in the same Market Square building.

    Perfect for a family with 2-4 children or two couples, this one-level, 750-square-foot condo puts you right in the center of Beaver Creek while still providing a private and comfortable place to come home to.

    The open kitchen, dining, and living areas feature great views of the Strawberry Park ski lift and slopes. Enjoy a full kitchen, gas fireplace, high-speed wireless internet, HDTV/DVD/stereo, a 6-person dining table, and two counter-height bar stools. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer.

Very Convenient Condo

Great location just off the slopes and adjacent to the ice rink. Parking in garage was simple. Family had a great time here, easy to come back to room for break from the slopes and then get back on.

Great location

Property is great - the only negative is there was no A/C in the bedroom and was warm in early evening, otherwise this was an excellent property. Reed, the manager, was fantastic.

Great Location

Great location. It's a very dated unit, but the location is amazing. A few weird features. No closets in bedrooms, dated/out of place furniture, and you can't control the thermostat - always on 77 degrees. If you can live with that, the location is amazing.

The Beav

BC has been our families go to spot for years, once we stayed in Market Square we got spoiled and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is cozy, we’ve been repeat customers we enjoy it so much. Its definitely a splurge but so convenient esp with kids. We come from Texas and once we arrive we rarely use our car. Our favorite restaurants are Dusty Boot and Blue Moose pizza.

BC family vacay

We just booked our 3rd time staying at this condo we love it that much, once you stay in the Market square its hard to stay anywhere else because the location and connivence cant be beat, especially with kids. The place feels so homey and Charlie is great to work with. The board games could use updating, it would be 5/5 if price was lower. My kids love the jet tub in the condo after skiing all day. Dusty Boot was our favorite place to eat there, short wait and kid friendly

Beaver Creek best location

The condo location was super convenient; the property managers were super quick to solve issues. Overall the condo was perfect for a family of 5. We would to come back nest year! The only recommendations I have are 1) better pillows in the master bedroom (easy fix). 2) figure out how to cool down the unit at night (leaving the window open can get too loud and disturb kids sleep).

Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. There were written instructions, videos, and quick response to messages. We loved staying in Market Square. You come off the elevator, and you are right there in the middle of the Village. The views were nice from the condo, part village, part mountain. My only complaints are very small ones. There is no ice maker in the fridge, which we didn't know ahead of time. Also, there was no sugar and a scant amount of salt and pepper. If I had known that, I would have brought all those things. All in all, it was an amazing trip. I would stay here again and would definitely book with Reed again!

Great week in Beaver Creek

Location of this condo makes it worth every penny. We had groceries delivered so we were able to enjoy meals in the kitchen. The only thing we did not like about this condo was that the thermostat could not be adjusted. It was set on 76 which is too hot for us to sleep at night. The owner did tell us that we could keep the window open at night but that led to our sinuses being very dry in the morning. There are humidifiers in the closet, but that won't do much if you have to have the window open. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. butbthasr is not

Great Location

This was a great location and met our needs completely. Definitely gets hot in the afternoon with no AC but the fans help a lot! Make sure you get clarity on check in and check out times as we had confusion on both sides.
