VILLA GIORDANA - SYRACUSE AREA

Located on the eastern coast of Sicily, just 25 km south of Syracuse, Villa Giordana is an elegant modern villa with a private swimming pool. A wonderful choice for holidays with friends or family, the villa is conveniently situated just 550m away from the sea and a short drive from Avola, where you can find shops and restaurants.

It also serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, including the sandy shores of Gallina, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, and the enchanting baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa.

Villa Giordana (260 sqm) is composed of a main house and an annex. The main house develops over two levels

MAIN HOUSE
On the lower level, you will find two double bedrooms featuring double beds and two bathrooms (each fitted with showers). Additionally, there is a laundry room and a gym/fitness room.

The entrance is on the ground floor. Here, you will find a spacious living room with doors connecting to the garden, furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, and a TV. Additionally, there is a dining room featuring a table for ten guests, situated next to a modern well-equipped kitchen.
On this level, you will also find two double bedrooms furnished with double beds and ensuite bathrooms (with showers), one twin bedroom featuring two single beds and one bathroom with a tub.

ANNEX
Over one level, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE
The outside area boasts a large shady terrace with an outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining area, and a private saltwater swimming pool (measuring 13 x 5m; 1.5 m deep; open from 23 March to 30 November). Next to the pool, there’s a sun terrace and the garden (3,000 sqm) offers large lawns, several relaxation areas, a children’s play area and a table tennis table for entertainment and enjoyment. Additionally, onsite parking is available for added convenience and security.
