The apartment consists of an entryway/living room with a sofa bed, a spacious and bright bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for couples or families with children. It features a spacious terrace on the same level, accessible from the kitchen, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors, as well as a long panoramic balcony overlooking Viale Lido and Avola’s main street. The terrace can be used as a sun deck since it is located in a private area of the building that is not visible from the outside. Viale Lido provides easy access to the beaches and the waterfront, where you can take relaxing walks with ocean views, and for jogging enthusiasts, work out on the wide sidewalks. Walking the entire length of the boardwalk brings you to the historic Borgo Marinaro, a popular gathering spot featuring both bars and restaurants with outdoor seating overlooking the beach. About 7 km away lies the renowned city of Noto, where you can admire the architectural beauty of Baroque-Neoclassical architecture—the city’s defining feature—and just over 20 km away is the provincial capital, Syracuse, steeped in Greek, Roman, medieval, and Renaissance history, with numerous historical monuments from various eras and museums to visit. Also just a few kilometers away (about 25) is the renowned village of Marzamemi, a gathering spot even for famous personalities.
