"Great historic hotel that is nestled next to the St Clair River with freighters going by as you sit in the pool. Spent the afternoon experiencing the local art fair and vendors. From locals to staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was that neither of the bars were open during our visit. "

"Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this property! We stayed on a Saturday night and it was sold out the night prior and Saturday. Called to see if we could get early check in as we had to attend a wedding that day. Lana went above and beyond to make this happy for us! Rachel who cleaned our room in a rush to get us checked in early did a suburb job! Room was spotless! Location is conveniently located right off the highway with food options close by. Would stay here again and again! "
