On the entry level you will find Bedroom1 with a king size bed, ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and Bedroom 4 with a king size
bed and ensuite.

Upstairs is open plan with a wood fire place, lounge with large television with Foxtel. The large undercover deck with outdoor setting for 10 people comes complete with cane
lounges. Kitchen is galley style and very well equipped.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Recreation room with billiard table. No Garage parking. Surfboards etc., are not to be stored on Billiard Table.
